After winning five Filmfare awards across fifteen categories in 2001, Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham [K3G] is preparing for its aftermath.
It has been confirmed by none other than Karan producer / director Johar as he was speaking to a tabloid. Karan initially opposed the idea of sequel Raichand family saga, but he says he will be a bold idea if you do.
Mr. Bachchan Karan wanted to go a long sequel. Who once wrote in his blog that "It would be a story about the growth of the brothers and the problems that arise due to their understanding and work independent of the business empire of his father, a split within them and so on ... "
While the beginning of the movie cast - Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor are not opposed to this idea and share a great friendship and Rapo with K Jo, a sequel is set to happen in a near future.
Golmaal, Dhamaal and murder of successful franchises in the BO then emerged want Karan to make a sequel. So in all likelihood the family hopes to repeat its success Raichand after ten long years.
