Extreme Sports Legend Travis Pastrana rightly calls this weekend the craziest of his life. Will be making his NASCAR debut at Indianapolis on Saturday, however, is competing at X Games events in Los Angeles on Thursday and Friday and Sunday.
I recently met with Pastrana for an episode of In Depth. During the interview, Pastrana remember most of their death-defying stunts, the role of mental preparation and how to assess risk. That opens up about his most difficult personal challenge - a bad decision that left his friend's life with injuries and discusses how the recent entry into NASCAR action can affect your career. At the end of the show, I joined Pastrana on his motorbike backflip for a high-risk tandem bike.
