Natasya (Julia Ziegler) had an road accident and ended up in a coma. After waking up she keeps dreaming of Baizura (Nadia Mustafar) and is determined to discover the truth about her. Earlier, Baizura had just lost her grandmother and was being possessed by her corpse.

Natasya is continuously haunted by creepy images of evil spirits that only she can see. However, her husband Kamal (Pierre Andre) does not believe in superstitions. Will Kamal who is deeply troubled by this incident be able to help Natasya in getting rid of the evil spirits?
