Documents have recently surfaced detailing the extent of U.S. Representative, Joe Walsh (R-Illinois) alleged lapse in payments of child support to his ex-wife Laura Walsh.
According to a court filing made public Friday afternoon in the Memorandum of National Tea Party Walsh dear limited only to pay child support between November 2005 and March 2008 and stopped paying altogether after that point.

Outstanding obligations and interests combine to $ 115,294, the filing of claims.
The document also claims to discredit Walsh, of not paying child support, you just do not have the money:
During the 2010 campaign, Joe personally lent her campaign $ 35. 500, which, as he failed to make any payment of child support to Laura because she had "no money" is surprising.
Joe has been paid at least $ 14,200 for loans to be delivered. Again, he failed to make child support payments to Laura for these loan funds returned.
"These attacks against me are false and I will fight in the right place," Walsh said in a statement on Thursday, as published in the Chicago Sun-Times, the first to shed light on the issue of back child support . "I've always given everything we have to meet my financial obligations to my children and I will fight until my last breath against anyone who says otherwise."
