The blessed month of Ramadan - the holiest place in the Islamic calendar period, thanks to the revelation of the Quran - opens today in Oman. During the whole Muslim ummah (nation) of the whole world is watching the sunrise every day from dusk fasting, abstaining from food, drink, smoking and intimate marital relations as part of their spiritual journey to develop and deepen awareness of God .
The daily fasting, prayers, charity activities and the recitation of the Quran in this month may lead to a spiritual awakening that edifies the soul, refined character and raises energy levels. The Quran says that one purpose of fasting is to attain Taqwah (God consciousness). Fasting is a shield that protects believers from evil, closer to the path of goodness and God-consciousness and materialism ends. Just as Islamic institutions, the Ramadan brings people together and creates bonds of unity through increased awareness of God, congregational worship, charity, social gatherings and, above all, the recitation of the Quran regularly with understanding.
According to a hadith, "Ramadan is the spring of the Qur'an." This is because the revelations of the Quran began this month as a guide for humanity. Understand the word of God, and think about it is among the daily activities of believers in this month.
Almighty God gave this month superiority over the other months, giving plenty of honor and dignity. There are many things that is allowed in other months have been banned in this month in order to exalt.
The Prophet Muhammad said: "It's the same month of Allah." All believers are invited to be guests of Allah, the Exalted. "
Fasting may result in a dynamic personal revival, allowing the faithful to ascend to higher realms of faith, inner peace, which in turn feeds a renewed sense of home, the excitement and success in all spheres of life. Fasting is one year crash course in self-discipline, self-reflection and self-control.
Far from being just a matter of enduring hunger and thirst temporarily, it is a lesson in the continuing practice of patience and tolerance for all life.
A fasting person can have a lot of food and water in front of him, but he / she will not eat, despite the hunger and thirst, even if no one is around.
Allah wants this exercise in self-control and self-control must be shown each time one is tempted to acts prohibited by the Almighty, the Exalted.
Through fasting, prayer and charity, believers learn to control their desires and tested against the transgression and extravagance. Fasting promotes a strong will, teaches patience and self-discipline, a moral education, and food of supreme virtues.
Such as fasting and prayer bring the delivery of the body to the mind and wisdom, but also generate a strong sense of God consciousness. Fasting allows the body to heal itself and helps to relieve stress.
It helps you move to a higher degree of maturity.
Fasting helps in conditioning the heart, soul and body on the virtues of patience. And patience is the pinnacle of self-mastery, discipline and spiritual agility.
Fasting puts human reason back in the driver's seat to take over the ship of life and lead wisely and safely through the stormy seas and dangerous life under the guidance of divine revelation.
On the physical side, fasting cleanses the human system of impurities accumulated to eat without interruption throughout the year. "Fast, and should be healthy," said the Prophet.
The leader of all Messengers of God, that is, our beloved Prophet Muhammad said: "People! The
month of Allah has come with God's mercy and blessings. http://kannaangel.blogspot.com
This is the month that is best of all months in the eyes of Allah. His days are the best days, its nights are the best of the night, and his schedule is the best time. This is a month that have been invited by Allah. It was given the opportunity this month to receive the honors of Allah, the Merciful. best of quran sms.http://kannaangel.blogspot.com
"In this month whether fast as ordained by God, every breath we take has the reward of recitation, and his sleep has the reward of worship. His good deeds are rewarded more than usual, and his duas are accepted.
"Therefore, you must invoke your Lord in earnest, with hearts that are free of sin and evil, and pray that God may help keep the fasts, and recite the Koran. Without doubt, the person who this month will not receive mercy and benevolence of God is most unfortunate.
"O people! You have made your conscience the slave of your desires. Make it free by invoking God for forgiveness. His back is breaking with the heavy burden of their sins, so prostrate before Him for long periods, and make it lighter. "
From this it is easy to conclude that the rigid abstinence of a fast regulates man's health, sharpens the intellect and improves the qualities of his heart. Fasting is thus a reward in itself, encompassing within it many rewards.
