Daniel Wang, age 13, of Gurnee who is battling a brain tumor, wrote a letter to the televangelist Joel Osteen last month after hearing an inspiring sermon in his weekly broadcast.

Osteen told the story of a painted glass that went through the fire and essays, but came out more beautiful than before. ........http://kannaangel.blogspot.com

The message touched the teen, who was dealing with the trials of his own when he underwent treatment.

On Saturday night, Wang sat in front of the White Sox dugout in the U.S. Cellular Field, a Bible in one hand and a smile on his face, as Osteen hugged briefly before walking to the center of the field to "A Night of Hope," an event full of messages from Osteen and his wife, Victoria, full positive energy. ..........................http://kannaangel.blogspot.com

"God can breathe new life God is a resurrection," Osteen told the crowd estimated at 37,000.

"I would not be alive if God had another victory in store for you. You have to be ready, because it is a jubilee on the road," he said.

Is a message that rang true for many in the crowd - which erupted into applause and cheers throughout the event - as well as Wang

"Every time I go (to therapy), I say," no more ", but makes it easier," Wang said "I'm glad I had to go through this, because it was God's plan for me to meet Joel. "

Osteen message has inspired millions around the country and in Houston, where his ministry is based billionaire. ...........................http://kannaangel.blogspot.com

"He has such a warm and positive message. It's infectious," said Mike Jasinski, 29, of Ingleside. "One can not help but smile when he starts talking."

Osteen kicked off the event by welcoming the crowd and play on his religious philosophy, followed by a message from his wife, who is also Minister of Lakewood Church.

"This world, this economy would have us believe" I can not, "we are without hope, we are helpless and our hands are tied," said Victoria Osteen. "But we will celebrate the 'I can'." ........................http://kannaangel.blogspot.com

Some critics say that Osteen's preaching is too focused on personal gain through prayer and lacks any hint of God's wrath or punishment for sin. However, members of the crowd Saturday Osteen believed wholeheartedly, and some said it is obviously sincere.

"You feel his compassion, his honesty," said Evette Cager, 45, of Maywood, who attended the event with her daughter Jessica. "Do not push," Give to give. ""
