The receiver AJ Green, the Bengals first-round draft pick, has agreed a four-year contract and should be available Friday when camp opens in Cincinnati Kentucky.
The contract is fully guaranteed, a team source told ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter. Financial details were not available.
The decision came just hours after the Bengals split with the receiver Chad Ochocinco, to call home in New England this season.
The 6-foot-4, 211-pound Green, 22, hails from Summerville, South Carolina, and was taken by General No. 4 Cincinnati. In his first season at Georgia, had 56 receptions, 963 yards and eight touchdowns, and followed up in 2009 with 47 catches, 751 yards and six touchdowns.
Last season, after serving a four-game suspension, which totaled 57 catches, 848 yards and nine touchdowns before declaring for the NFL draft.
