Get 7.11 to 7.11 to 7.11 and has its own summit Slurpee!
Or in other, less number of words of intensive use, the company is offering 7-Eleven small (7.11 ounces) everyone Slurpees on 7 July (11/07) to celebrate her official birthday.
7-Eleven began in 1927 when an employee of the Southern Ice Company of California began selling basic provisions of the spring ice. Soon after, he moved from the ice dock behind the counter and started selling magazines, burritos, and in 1966 Slurpees,!
The stores got their name because it was so radically hours long (for now) opened at seven o'clock and remained until eleven at night. Now, many of 7-Eleven are open 24 hours a day (the store first to do so).
Not all 7-Eleven Slurpees offer free, as many of the stores are franchises owned by small entrepreneurs, who can decide whether to participate or not. But considering that last year same-store sales rose 38% in the flavored ice-Free Day Goodness (also known as Slurpee days) is a good bet that most of them jump on the bandwagon of the freeze.
