The Allahabad High Court Monday issued notices to Bollywood actor-director Aamir Khan and two others in connection with the public presentation of an unpleasant subject in his latest adventure production "Delhi Belly", said one lawyer.

While hearing a public interest litigation, seeking a ban on displaying the controversial song "Bhag DK Bose," a division bench also issued notice to the Censor Board and Ram Sampat, the writer of the song.

The petition was forwarded by the law graduate Saumitra Dwivedi.

"He said that public exposure of the song (nasty) is a violation of the 'A' certificate given to the film for its adult content, and therefore should be evaluated only in the film and not anywhere else," Vinay advice Saran told reporters.

"The division bench has given two weeks time for Khan and others to reply. The next hearing date has been set August 9, "he said.
