Actress Jacqueline Fernandez, who chose to be first in line for the designer Gaurav Gupta in the current week Synergy1 Couture Delhi (DCW), feels that celebrities of Bollywood is better to sit in the front row instead of walking the ramp. "We chose not to walk by the designer, because we feel that fashion has to do with the clothes and the designer's creativity and it is better to let the clothes speak instead of Bollywood celebrities at the star as they walk by the ramp, "said Sri Lankan beauty, she was seen sporting gray sari blouse network Gaurav Gupta men only.
The designer presented a collection inspired by the enchanted forest and showed the items that had a lot of pleats, draping and ruffles.
The silhouettes were a mix of dresses inspired Ghag sari in shades of cream, pink, gold, copper, yellow, green and turquoise. The fabrics were mostly net, chiffon, georgette and tulle.
"The collection was inspired by the enchanted forest and have tried to create a fantasy world with a lot of surrealism that represents femininity and elegance. I have presented a classic collection of modern," said Gaurav.
Also present at the first row was the daughter of actor Shakti Kapoor Shradha Kapoor, who looked elegant in a black suit and red hair neatly tied.
